Issue getting new API key

Hello, I am experiencing an issue generating a new API key on https://deepmind.google.com/science/alphagenome/.

I wonder whether this is only me or a platform-wide issue. I just logged in and tried to generate the key, but it keeps failing.

Any help appreciated.

To resolve this, please try refreshing your page or clearing your browser cache. Additionally, ensure you are using a personal Gmail account, as Google Workspace or Enterprise accounts are not supported and will fail to generate keys.

If the problem persists, you may have reached Google Cloud’s project limit; trying a different personal account should resolve it.

However, you can run the open-source (OSS) model locally. The full model source code, trained weights, and variant scoring implementations are freely available at GitHub - google-deepmind/alphagenome_research: Research code accompanying AlphaGenome · GitHub.

I used my personal Gmail account and refreshing/clearing cache did not work. Eventually, I used another account to get the API. I guess the problem was the Google Cloud. A few days ago, I removed some projects that I thought were unnecessary, and maybe one of those was related to the Alphagenome API. Assuming that caused the failed API calling of my account.
