Creating API key failed for not having necessary permission

Hi,

I am trying to generate an API key using my work email. But I saw the following errors. Our institution does have Google cloud service. Not sure if that’s the reason it is not allowed for an API key. and since the project is work related, I think I have to use the work email. who should I talk to for such API key request?

Instead of organizational email ID, try using personal or anyother gmail account, it worked for me.

Thanks for the suggestion. But I think using personal gmail might not be acceptable under my organization’s policies. So it won’t work for me
