Hi, I’m a PhD student working on genomic data.
I copied the repository and installed the required env. However, my API KEY is not working properly.
Is there any guide about local use? Does this currently only work with colab?

Installation — AlphaGenome has instructions on running locally, your API key should indeed work running on your local machine.
Can you make sure that you’ve copied the entire key correctly? If you’ve checked that, can you click on “API key” and try copying the key from GCP console? If they’re different, it would be very helpful to know how they differ!
Hey, thank you very much for your answer, I tried several times and didn’t work. Pretty sure key was right. The key in GCP of course was exactly the same.
For some unknown reasons, create a new key worked for me. Thank you again for your excellent work
For the record, the first API key i generated still doesn’t work for absolutely unknown reason.
If anyone has same issue, just try create a new one
