Getting a free API key

I am an Msc student in National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece) and i am trying to obtain an API key for non-commercial use. The issue is that i am asked to update the name of the organization/university even though i type it properly and i can not proceed.

I am new to this forum so i apologize if there is a similar issue already.
