How can we add “retina” transcriptome data? Can we upload retina transcriptome and run API to check how it works?

We’ve already released the model weights and fine-tuning utilities. They can be found at https://github.com/google-deepmind/alphagenome_research/tree/main/src/alphagenome_research/finetuning (uses Jax/Haiku). If they are more familiar with PyTorch they could also check out this PyTorch port: https://github.com/genomicsxai/alphagenome-pytorch.
