DNA methylation data for gene expression prediction

Hi, thanks for this great model! I wondered whether you plan to train AlphaGenome on DNA methylation data (bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) or methylation array) to predict gene expression? It might be a helpful addition for the epigenetic functions of AlphaGenome.

A relevent topic to this, I’m personally looking forward to seeing predicted methylation tracks in the future. (Well, I understand methylation here is the output rather than the input Arthur suggested)
