Hi, thanks for making AlphaGenome available. If I run AlphaGenome locally to predict effects of multiple variants in a VCF, is the VCF uploaded or is it kept local (private)?

Hi @donald_latner, welcome to the forum!
So when generating predictions from a VCF, each variant is sent to our servers to generate the associated prediction. Any data handling follows the Google Privacy policy - see the section titled “When Google shares your information” for more details.
