Usage for Mayo Clinic Hackathon

Hello!

I’m a technological contributor for the upcoming Undiagnosed Hackathon at Mayo Clinic:

Will be working with novel/extensive omic data from a number of undiagnosed patients, and am planning to do some focused work on adapting genome foundation models to rare disease biomarker detection and metabolic modeling.

Any chance we might be able to get a prem model or coordinate some kind of solution? Totally understand if not, but for the patients I always gotta ask. :folded_hands:

Such great work in AG and my props to the team. Think these models are going to have enormous impact in rare disease medicine so ultra grateful for all the effort.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately there’s no option to access an on-premise model. We’ll keep this community posted when we release the model.

We actually ended up having access via Mayo, and AG was able to confirm a very challenging diagnosis.
