Hi everyone,
I am currently benchmarking a new model on the CAGI5 MPRA dataset and want to be sure I am using the same Borzoi tracks as those used in the AlphaGenome paper.
After reviewing Supplementary Table 10, it isn’t entirely clear to me which specific tracks were used. Would it be possible to provide a list of those tracks? I am referencing the Borzoi targets from the official repository here: targets_human.txt.gz. Ideally, I am looking for a list that I can easily map back to that file.
