Using AlphaGenome, the prediction of Protein structure is possible?
Not exactly. AlphaFold is trained on protein sequences to predict protein structures. In contrast, AlphaGenome is trained on genomic sequences to predict various RNA-seq tracks and cannot predict either mRNA structure or its translated protein. Alphamissense, now archived, is a successor to AlphaFold and can predict pathogenic genomic mutations using predicted protein structures.
