Sometimes when I fill in the corresponding tissue, the arc chart does not display the results. I would like to request guidance from the official staff.
Can you give a concrete example please? If no junction are predicted for the tissue you requested then the arc chart will not display. Another possibility is all junction are predicted to be lowly expressed and did not pass the filter (try filter_threshold=0).
