We want this space to be friendly, welcoming, and productive for everyone. To keep things running smoothly, we’ve put together some simple rules and guidelines. Please take a moment to read through them. 
We may update the rules and guidelines from time to time.
Posts that don’t quite fit these guidelines might be removed, and in some cases, further action may be needed to keep the community safe and respectful. Thanks for being a part of our community! 
Community Rules
Be Kind & Respectful – Any disruptive, offensive, violent, dangerous or abusive behaviour or content is not allowed and will be taken seriously. Let’s keep our community a positive and welcoming space for all.
Keep it clean. If posting sensitive content, use appropriate content/trigger warnings. No spam. This includes, but is not limited to, flooding the chat with many messages in a short period of time, posting excessive amounts of emojis and posting excessively long messages. Don’t post or link to any sexually explicit material or violent content.
No Selling, Advertising or Self-Promotion – Posts made for self-promotion of your own products, services, or personal brand (or in which you have an interest) for financial gain—especially without adding value to the conversation—aren’t allowed. Sharing relevant content, success stories, or useful publications is welcome (and encouraged!).
Respect Privacy & Confidentiality – This is an open, public platform. Do not disclose or discuss anything confidential.
Appropriate User Profiles – Usernames, avatars, and status messages should be appropriate and free from offensive language, blank characters, or excessive formatting. Don’t impersonate anyone or misrepresent yourself or share misleading content.
Respect Content Ownership – Don’t share, distribute, or publish conversations or content from this community without the permission of those involved or, where applicable, the rights owners. Don’t upload any material unless you have permission to do so.
Keep it legal. Hopefully this goes without saying but no illegal or controversial content is permitted on this platform. In addition, no advice that requires a license (e.g., legal, diagnostic, medical treatment) is permitted on this forum.
Moderators have final verdict on rules. This list of rules is not exhaustive and the moderator team may take action against content or behaviour not explicitly stated above at their discretion.
