Getting ENCODE accession IDs for tracks

For tracks where the experimental data comes from ENCODE (e.g. EFO:0002784 DNase-seq), is there a way to obtain which ENCODE accessions that data corresponds to?

Relatedly, is my understanding correct that experimental data from multiple ENCODE accessions can be averaged to generate a single track? And as such, there is no easy one-to-one mapping between ENCODE tracks in Enformer/Borzoi and ENCODE tracks in AlphaGenome?

Hi @Ruchir_Rastogi,

You can find the accession IDs in our supplementary data (table 2). Yes for multiple ENCODE accessions “… the normalized signals were averaged across all included experiments or individuals” (see “RNA-seq Processing and Aggregation” methods section);.
