AlphaGenome workshop at ASHG 2025

Hi All,

Will you be at ASHG this year? We’re hosting a hands-on training session on AlphaGenome and would love for you to join us. This will be an interactive workshop featuring a short talk followed by a guided exercise. Our team will be there to help answer questions as you go through the AlphaGenome API workflow for predicting and visualising variant effects.

The session is open to all experience levels - just bring your laptop :laptop: . You can find the details at the link here. Please indicate your participation using the ASHG scheduling app.
