Hello,

I was wondering if you could provide any details on how the BigWig files were normalised. I can see in the methods that the authors normalised encode bigwigs to sum to 1 million times 100 bp. However, when I examine the bigwigs supplied in the fine tuning collab, they don’t sum to 100 million. Moreover, fineruning with my some different bigwigs files shows large differences in the predicted and true rna-seq track scale.

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Callum
