I am exploring options for batch querying the atlas, Is it possible to query a large number of variants for their AVI score using API or any other ways?

Hi There!

Thanks for reaching out.

it depends on how large the list is.

if you’re processing \>1M variants, we’d suggest downloading the AVI scores from the website for offline analysis. Alternatively, you can also use ENSEMBL’s VEP tooling to annotate variants.

If you’re looking to process ~1M variants, then we’d suggest using the API

Kind regards,
Tumi
